spacious interior large work desk extensive shopping mall relaxing atmosphere
i stayed in a premier room. it featured spacious interiors with a large work desk. i liked having the direct access to the extensive shopping mall. it included many retail outlets, restaurants, and entertainment options. i enjoyed the outdoor swimming pools area with sun loungers. it created a relaxing urban resort atmosphere.
the hotel breakfast area became quite busy during peak hours. i felt this resulted in longer wait times for seating. it also added noise. i found it somewhat detracting.

the hotel provides direct connectivity to the major shopping centers. it allows convenient access to retail outlets and dining options. access to the public transportation is very close to the hotel making travel very easy.

dust bunnies inconsistent air conditioning
I hate to say it, but my room wasn't exactly super clean. there was this weird stain on the carpet i just couldn't unsee, and some dust bunnies having a party in the corners. and the air conditioning seemed to have a mind of its own. It kept switching between arctic blast and sauna without my permission. i suppose it's hard to maintain perfection, but these little things added up.

lovely lodging experience
excellent location professional staff breakfast option
this hotel has an excellent location near shopping centers. the staffs were well-trained and professional. the breakfast buffet has many options. the pool area is a haven for relaxation.
the check-in process was slow. i had to wait an unreasonable amount of time before i got my room keys. the delay was frustrating after a long trip. hopefully, they will improve their efficiency.

the personnel always displayed a high level of attentiveness. they addressed every need with professionalism and a smile. the staff were very good too ensure my stay was enjoyable. their dedication to guest satisfaction stands out.
